How does a human hear?
Sound is captured by the outer ear and transferred through the auditory canal towards the ear drum. The ear drum vibrates due to the sound waves. This vibration leads to movement of the three ear bones. This movement creates waves in the inner ear fluids ie. cochlea. The hair sells bend due to the waves. The sound wave is then converted into an electro-chemical signal. This signal moves by means of hearing nerve, until it reaches the brain where the sensation of sound is observed.
